Training, Consultancy and Event Terms

In-Office Training or Consultation

  1. 1 hour minimum, paid in advance.
    1. After first hour, billed in 15 minute increments (rounded-up).
  2. Schedule during normal business hours (depending on availability).

Client's Location Training or Consultation

  1. Billed as above adding 25% to final price.
  2. Plus $1.00/mile round-trip (10 mile minimum).
  3. Time starts on arrival to clients location, there is no time charged for travel.
    1. Milage fees still apply.

After Hours, Extended Hours, Overtime and Weekend Fees

  1. After Hours: Any time before or after regular office hours. Add 25% per hour. Starting no earlier than 6am and ending no later than 8pm.
    1. Example: A two hour consultation starting one hour before close, will be billed one hour at normal rate and one hour billed at after hours rate.
  2. Weekends: Add 50% per hour. Depending on availability.
  3. Extended Hours: Any time before 6am or after 8pm, add 50% per hour. Or add 100% per hour during weekends.
  4. Overtime: Any additional time beyond the scheduled end time. Depending on availability. Billed normally with any additional fees (i.e. after hours or weekend fees) as needed.

Late Arrivals, Rescheduling, Cancellation and No Shows

  1. No refunds or partial refunds for late arrivals.
  2. No refunds for rescheduling or cancellations with-in 24 hours of the scheduled training or consultation, you will be billed for the total time scheduled.
  3. No refunds for no shows, you will be billed for the total time scheduled.

Training Material and/or Additional Staff

  1. Training (take home or study) material will be billed separately as needed.
  2. If additional staff from Beau Brewer Digital is required for your session, multiply the rates above per each additional staff.

Retention, Comprehension or Application

  1. We try our best to match our training/consultancy to our audience but can not guarantee the retention, comprehension or the application of any training/consultancy that we provide.
  2. Depending on several factors; you or your attendees may need additional time to retain, comprehend or apply any training/consultancy that we provide.
    1. The additional time is not included, it may be scheduled and billed separately, as needed.

Certifications and Titles

  1. Beau Brewer Digital does not award any industry recognized certificates or grant access to industry recognized titles (such as Doctor) while attending or completing any training or consultancy that we have provided.

Guest Presenters/Speakers

  1. Billed separately, depending on Guest's rates and availability.
  2. Guests Presenters or Speakers may have different requirements/needs that are not outlined in this document. If so, those requirements/needs will be listed in your contract.

Time Limits

  1. One hour minimum and up to a 10 hour maximum per day.
    1. Any specific time requirements (i.e. meals, breaks) will be listed in your contract, when required.

Attendance Limits and Considerations

  1. The rates mentioned above allow for up to two people. Add 5% (of total) for each additional person, up to a maximum of 10 people.
    1. Must schedule attendees in advance.
    2. No refunds for attendee absences.
    3. Un-planned or last minute additional attendee(s): Billed at 5% each.
      1. Please note: Un-planned or last minute additional attendee(s) may not receive training or study material, if any.
      2. We do try to plan for a few extra attendees, but make no guarantees as to the availability of training/study material for un-planned or additional attendee(s).
  2. Groups larger than 10 people may require larger facilities. Please contact us to check availability and to coordinate facility arrangements and/or and additional facility fees.
  3. Unknown/Open attendance (such at trade shows) have different terms and conditions, please contact us first.

Scheduling Considerations

  1. Typically most simple training or consultations do not require time to prepare or do not require study guides or training material as usually can be scheduled same day as available.
  2. Complex training/consulting or groups of three or more will need to allow Beau Brewer Digital time to prepare for the session. Preparation time will vary depending on your needs, please contact us first.
  3. Other considerations may be required, such as lodging or catering and will be billed separately depending on your needs. Please contact us if you have questions.

Subject to Change

  1. This is meant to be a guide to help you understand and schedule an event with Beau Brewer Digital.
    1. Your event may require special considerations that are not mentioned in this document.
      1. If your event requires a contract, it will list the final requirements, terms and conditions.
    2. We reserve the right to make changes with or without notice.

Photography, Videography and Promotion

  1. Beau Brewer Digital reserves the right to photograph, record to video and use your event to promote Beau Brewer Digital or its capabilities.
    1. The likeness of any attendees, guests or staff may be used in our promotional efforts.
    2. You manually can opt out of this by informing Beau Brewer Digital at the time of scheduling your event.
      1. Manually opting out after scheduling may have additional fees (i.e. we may have already scheduled a photographer/videographer and may be subject to their cancellation policy or fees).
      2. We will try our best, but, we can not guarantee the exclusion of either a single or specific attendee(s), guest(s) or staff from our promotional use.
    3. Unless otherwise noted, the staff and guests of Beau Brewer Digital consent to your use of their likeness for your positive promotional use.

Deposit, Down Payments for Groups of 3+

  1. Depending the needs of your event a deposit or down payment maybe required. If so, these will be outlined in your contract or invoice.

Guarantee

  1. We hope that you are pleased with the training/consultancy that we have provided. However, due to several factors we can not guarantee any training, consultancy or event that we have provided, or guarantee any study guide, literature, hand-out, or content that we prepared, or guarantee the attendance of any event.
