Acknowledgement of Unlicensed Resources

Any client who ask or supply us resources that do not have a valid license will be asked to review and sign this document. Commonly these resources (such as images and text) are taken from an external website and will be used as a part of a clients project without permission or a license.

Your project uses unlicensed resources, which may include, but not limited to, images, text, sound and/or video. While we can continue to develop your project, we can not release, send to production or launch your project until this document has been signed.

You understand that using unlicensed resources, may be illegal and violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). You are responsible for any fees or penalties resulting from unlicensed use. Your signature below acknowledges the risk of using unlicensed resources and releases Beau Brewer Digital, our staff, our agents and our contractors/freelancers from the use of unlicensed resources, while developing, producing, hosting or the administration of your project.

Resource owner(s) who contact Beau Brewer Digital, our staff, our agents or our contractors/freelancers, regarding their content, will be forwarded a copy of this signed acknowledgement along with your contact information. Beau Brewer Digital will not be responsible to verify proof of resource ownership. Proof of resource ownership will be assumed, until proven otherwise.

We may be asked to suspend your service(s), if so, we will comply with any request(s). Beau Brewer Digital, our staff, our agents and our contractors/freelancers will be unable to resume any suspended service(s) until we receive authorization from the resource owner(s). Your account may be subject to continued billing or additional fees resulting from these requests. If your service is suspended or terminated, no refunds will be issued for unused service.
